All payments must be received with 48hrs from order. If we have not heard from you within the 48hrs your order will be cancelled and items will be relisted for sale.

At CheekyBunz we do not refund items we will issue you a store credit less postage fee. Due to Health Regulations we do not credit any products if you have changed your mind or if items have been used/washed.
Credit or exchange DOES NOT include damaged items, misuse from cleaning/care, smell & leaks or stitching coming loose.
Items damaged due to manufacturing faults may be replaced or issued with a store credit within 30 days from order. Please contact us as soon as possible with your receipt showing date of purchase and reason for exchange or refund. If no receipt is available we cannot replace your item.
